On Monday at 07.40 the first flight to Stockholm takes off from Jönköping

There will initially be two departures per day from Jönköping and two from Bromma, with prices starting at SEK 668 for a one-way trip including taxes and fees.

-We are extremely happy that at such short notice we were able to find a solution that now enables flights to and from the Jönköping region, says Christian Clemens, CEO of the domestic airline BRA.

In less than a day, it was clear that the domestic airline BRA offers flights between Jönköping and Stockholm after NextJet's bankruptcy.

-It is very gratifying that BRA will operate Jönköping-Stockholm/Bromma. That with such a short time from decision to being able to start up the traffic shows what a professional company BRA is and together with us here in Jönköping we will offer a good product that we believe will attract both business and private travelers. We see the fact that BRA also has a clear environmental profile and is in line with our own commitment to sustainability and the environment as another plus in our collaboration! - says Rony Forsberg, CEO at Jönköping Airport in a comment on the new line.

After the summer, there will be a more long-term solution with more departures. Until June 21, BRA operates Jönköping - Bromma with a Fokker 50 from Halmstad that stops in Jönköping according to a temporary timetable, in order to quickly start the flights.

-We are not completely done with the details regarding flight times and number of seats for the flights after the summer, but will be within the next few weeks, says Christian Clemens.

The Fokker 50 flown by the company Amapola for BRA has a total of 50 seats. The flight time between Jönköping and Bromma is estimated at 55 minutes.

From now on, it is also possible for all Jönköping residents to book flights with 100 percent biofuel, something BRA was the first in the world to offer to all travelers from April this year. It is not possible to book trips between Jönköping and Halmstad.
