Even more charter departures from Jönköping Airport this autumn

Jönköping Airport is expanding this autumn's charter program with two more departures. It is the charter organizer Detur that now chooses to offer departures directly from Jönköping to the popular destinations Cyprus and Rhodes respectively. In both cases, it is about morning departures from Jönköping, which give the traveler as much time as possible at the destination.

With the new owners Aventura Rejser (Aventura Travel Group), Detur offers its departures in collaboration with the airline Enter Air and their Boeing 737-800, with space for 189 passengers. First up will be Cyprus with a departure on Friday 19 October. 8 days later, on October 27, the flight to Rhodes takes off.

-We have very high hopes for Jönköping. The airport management has been incredibly accommodating and we are completely convinced that Jönköping is the right airport to bet on. If this goes through, we will immediately make Jönköping our main airport in southern Sweden. This would mean that Jönköping gets a range of destinations that in some cases are not even offered from the largest airports - such as Arlanda and Landvetter, says Mattias Hallén, head of Sweden at Detur.

Detur profiles itself on the charter market as flexible and affordable. One area we specialize a little extra in is group travel, where you can arrange everything from small groups of 10 people to larger company conferences and trips for school classes, associations and more.

-The interest in traveling smoothly and comfortably from Jönköping is increasing all the time. Therefore, it is very gratifying to welcome Detur to us, whose investment feels very exciting and inspiring. Two attractive departures in the autumn darkness that fit well into the program. Now we hope it will book well so that we can look forward to more attractive destinations from Jönköping, says Henrik Älverdal, Commercial Manager Jönköping Airport.

Aventura Rejser was founded in 2004 and today is established in, apart from Sweden, also in Denmark, Iceland and Finland. The company has many years of experience from the travel industry, through former managers and owners from Danish Bravo tours and Swedish Solresor.
