flyBMI ceases operations and is filing for administration. All flyBMI flights to and from Frankfurt have been cancelled with effect from today, Feb. 16 2019.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO PASSENGERS WITH TICKETS TO, OR VIA FRANKFURT

  1. Have you booked your ticket with flyBMI? All flights from Monday afternoon Feb. 18 and forward, are cancelled. Contact your insurance company or credit card company for possible compensation.

  2. Have you booked your ticket with a travel agent or another airline company, for ex Lufthansa? Contact them for help with rebookings/compensation. Phonenumber to Lufthansa: +46 770-111 010.

  3. Customers who have travel insurance should contact their travel insurance provider to understand if they are eligible to claim as a result of the cancelled flights and the procedure for doing so.

  4. If the above options are not available, Customers may make a claim against the Company. To do so please contact the Joint Administrators at BMR@bdo.co.uk.
